Precision Products (PP) is a specialist manufacturer of piston rings based in Chesterfield, England
PP is unique in its ability to manufacture piston rings of all sizes and types. The smallest ring produced so far is with a diameter of 12mm. The largest has a diameter of more that 2,000 mm.
The main application is for marine diesel engines (2-stroke and 4-stroke), plus a wide variety of other applications including power generation, compressors, locomotive power, pumps, and hydraulic applications.
The wide product range extends to cover many grades of material (we supply more than 15 grades of cast iron (including the latest vermicular irons) in addition to the piston rings we manufacture from our factory in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, UK. We are also able to produce all currently specified coatings include Ceramic Chrome plating and Plasma sprayed coatings for a full range of engine sizes including all current 2-stroke and 4-stroke diesel engines.
