Located in Chesterfield, which is a town in the centre of England, Precision Products has excellent links via Manchester and London airports with all destinations worldwide.

Operating from a large modern factory, Precision Products is equipped  with a wide range of specialist machines for the production of piston rings of all sizes from 15 to 1500 mm diameter.

Available machinery includes turning lathes, milling and surface grinding machines. The large bore (over 350 mm diameter) are produced using our own specially developed cam turning machines, which are fully programmable CNC machines and the first of their kind in the world. These give Precision Products rings the advantage of amore exact fit in the cylinder which in turn gives faster bedding-in from new and a prolonged life span.

To take Precision Products into the next generation of piston ring production, £1 million investment programme is now underway. This consist of the latest Computerized Plating Department for Ceramic Chrome and conventional Hard Chrome. 

With all modern 2 Stoke and 4 Stroke engines using Ceramic Chrome Plated piston rings in the Top Groove it was essential Precision Products are leading the way to serve today's ship owners.
